How to Add an Item to an Order

This guide shows how to add a product to an existing order and update it without emailing the customer.

In your Shopify admin, click Orders.
Search for the order number, here 1049.
Open the order, here #1049.
Click Edit. The Edit order page opens.
Click Product to add an item.
Search for the product.
Tick the variant you want, then click Done.
The item is added, and the Summary shows the amount to collect.
Untick Send invoice to customer if you don't want to email them.
Click Update order. The order now shows the new item and the balance due.
