How to Add Store Credit to a Customer

This guide shows how to add store credit to a customer from their page and check the new balance.

In your Shopify admin, click Customers.
Search for the customer, then click their name.
On the customer's page, find the Store credit card.
Click the pencil icon on the Store credit card to open Adjust store credit.
Choose Credit, enter the amount, and leave Notify customer unticked.
Click Adjust credit. The new balance shows on the Store credit card.
