How to Archive, Draft or Delete a Product

This guide shows three ways to take a product off your store: set it to Draft, archive it from the products list, or delete it for good.

In your Shopify admin, click Products.
Search for the products you want to change.
Click a product to open it.
Under Status, choose Draft.
Click Save.
Back on the products list, tick a product, open the ... menu and click Archive products.
Click Archive products to confirm.
To delete a product, open it from the list.
Click More actions, then Delete product.
Click Delete product to confirm. This can't be undone.
Search the list again to check each product's status.
