How to Build a Popup Sign-Up Form With a Discount

This guide shows how to create a popup sign-up form that gives new subscribers a discount, using the Shopify Forms app.

In your Shopify admin, open Apps and click Forms.
Click Create form.
Choose Popup form.
Find the Form name field.
Type a name, and click Create. The form editor opens.
Review the fields and the On form submission settings.
Switch the preview to Success to see what customers see after they sign up.
Under Discount, click Select discount and choose a code.
Scroll to Customer tags.
Type a tag for new subscribers.
Click Add to add the tag.
Click Save. A message confirms the form was created.
The form is saved as Inactive. Click Turn form on when you're ready.
