How to Create an Email Campaign Draft in Shopify Messaging

This guide shows how to set up an email campaign draft in Shopify Messaging without sending it.

In your Shopify admin, open Apps and click Messaging.
Click your email draft.
The editor opens. Email details shows To, Subject, Preview text and From.
Click Select segment and choose who gets the email, here Email subscribers.
The segment is added and the subscriber count shows, here 32.
Edit the Subject. Changes save automatically.
Click Add section and choose Product.
A product section is added to the email.
Click Static, then Add products.
Search or tick a product and click Add.
The product now shows in the email.
Back in Messaging, the email is listed as a Draft. Nothing is sent until you send it.
