How to Receive a Transfer and View a Purchase Order

This guide shows how to move a transfer from draft to received, and where to find your purchase orders.

In your Shopify admin, go to Products > Transfers.
The list shows each transfer and its status. Open a Draft transfer, here #T0003.
The transfer page shows the origin, destination and products.
Click Mark as in transit. A message confirms the transfer is in transit.
Click Receive items.
Click Accept all to receive every item, then confirm.
If the product isn't stocked at that location yet, Shopify asks whether to stock it there. Choose an option.
A message confirms the shipment was received, and the transfer shows Transferred.
To see purchase orders, click Purchase orders.
