How to Review Abandoned Checkouts

This guide shows where to find abandoned checkouts and what each one tells you.

In your Shopify admin, click Orders, then Abandoned checkouts.
Open a checkout. It shows whether a Cart recovery email was sent and the customer's contact details.
Review the items in the cart and the totals.
The recovery link takes the customer back to their checkout.
Go back to Abandoned checkouts to review others.
