How to View Form Analytics and Submissions in Shopify Forms

This guide shows how to check how a Shopify Forms sign-up form is performing and who submitted it.

In your Shopify admin, open Apps and click Forms.
Click the form. Its analytics show at the top.
Click the date range and choose a period, here Today.
The Views, Submissions and Conversion rate update for that period.
Click View submissions to see each entry, with the email and time submitted.
Each submission also creates a customer. Open Customers to find them.
Open a customer to see their contact details.
Shopify Forms tags the customer so you can find everyone who signed up.
