How to View Inventory Adjustment History and Export Inventory

This guide shows how to see why a product's stock changed and how to export your inventory.

In your Shopify admin, click Products.
Click Inventory to see stock levels by location.
Click the product.
Scroll to Inventory and click View adjustment history.
The adjustment history lists every change, with the date, who made it and the quantities.
Use the location menu to switch locations.
Go back to the Inventory list.
Click Export, choose what to export, and click Export inventory.
A message confirms the export and the CSV file downloads.
