How to View Store Details and Edit a Store Policy

This guide shows where to find your store details and how to edit one of your store policies.

In your Shopify admin, click Settings. General shows your store details.
Your Store address is listed here too.
Click Policies. Your written policies are listed.
Click Return and refund policy to open the editor.
Edit the text, here adding Items must be unused.
Click Save. A message confirms the changes were saved.
